Shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping cost is based on weight.
Domestic Shipping Available (US, Puerto Rico, & US Territories): USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.
All domestic shipping includes Delivery Confirmation.

International Shipping is via USPS. International shipping methods are:
USPS First Class International and USPS International Priority.
Miss Famous Store is not responsible for any customs tax or duty on international orders.
International orders do not include delivery confirmation or insurance.

There are absolutely NO cash refunds. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
All sale items (clearance) are FINAL sales, and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We are NOT liable for packages returned unclaimed or undeliverable from the USPS.

If an order has been lost by the USPS, the process is for us to contact them in
an attempt to locate the package. If they cannot locate the package within 2 weeks,
